UTStarcom Named Leader in China, India IPTV Markets - TVover.net

[TVover.net] in 2007 to deliver the first commercial IPTV service in Delhi through Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd. With UTStarcom's continued partnership, Aksh set an agreement with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited to offer its iControl IPTV service in 20 cities across India and additionally in Mumbai with MTNL.

Dreampark's IPTV Middleware Enters Croatian Market - TVover.net

In the interim, ADSL2+ might not be be able to deliver high definition IPTV Australia wide, however, until the NBN comes into play, it could make a viable substitute for IPTV services, especially for those residing in major metropolitan areas and those close enough to DSLAM exchanges that will be able to take advantage of the faster ADSL2+ speeds.
