Thomson PoMMeS IPTV tablet hits the FCC
[TechNoni.com - Technology News and Gadgets Reviews] Something unique, this device is obviously designed primarily for IPTV, streaming, but you also get a front camera for video calls, and at least some of the basic skills of surfing the internet (not yet realized that it works). Full documentation is also a little light at the moment, but apparently not by 8 inches, winning 800 x 480 touchscreen and includes a spring it will be useful to keep the device for easier reading.

[Joystiq] After we saw Avatar in 3-D we were pretty much sold on how it enhances a movie experience and I think it could revolutionize console gaming as well. If cable carriers are going to start having 3-D channel support (Direct TV will launch this year) and it will be available at retail in movies and games it's something I'll buy into pretty early on in the game.
