[Digital Media Wire | connecting people & knowledge] New York - VOY, a digital media company that produces and distributes programming for the English-speaking Latino community, on Tuesday launched a broadband TV network featuring user-generated videos and sharing tools. VOY TV will be part of the company's VOY Plaza online community hub, which has grown to a unique user base of 2.6 million since launching last November.
